Patterns:

  • Do you have a return policy on patterns?
    Due to the nature of PDF patterns, we cannot offer a refund. Once you purchase the pattern, it is automatically sent directly to you.
  • Can I sell the items I make from Ollie and Annie patterns?
    Yes, you can sell anything you make from our patterns, but we kindly ask that you please give credit to Ollie and Annie Collection for the pattern design. Mass production is strictly prohibited.  We appreciate when you share your creations and tag us on Instagram at #oandacollection.
  • Can I share the patterns I purchase with others?
    No. The pattern you purchase is strictly for you to use. I put a lot of time and effort in my patterns and instructions. If someone is interested in one of our patterns, please direct them to our website at www.ollieandanniecollection.com.

    Buttons & Drawstring:

    • How much is shipping?

         US Shipping Costs

    • 1-3 Packs of Buttons and/or Drawstring (Bubble Envelope) - $5.00
    • 4+ Packs of Buttons (Small Flat Rate Shipping Box) - $8.65 

              I have placed multiple orders. Can you combine them?

        • Yes, I will do my best to keep track of multiple orders coming in. If I see multiple orders, I will  do my best to combine them, but I can’t guarantee it. Please send me an email at oandacollection@gmail.com to flag your order, if possible.
        • What is your turn around time?
          I will strive to have all orders sent out within 2-3 business days. During a button drop or around holidays, please allow 4-5 business days for processing. If you need your order by a certain date, please email me at oandacollection@gmail.com and I will do my best to get it out as requested. I have no control once the buttons or drawstring leaves my studio so please consider that in your planning.
        • How long can I expect to get a response to my email?
          Please allow 24 hours before you get a response. If you send an email over the weekend, you will get a response on Monday. I will respond to all emails Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9am - 5 pm CST.
        • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
          Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on buttons or drawstring. If you are unsure of a button color, send us an email and we are happy to send out a sample button to you free of charge. 
        • What happens if my package gets lost or stolen?
          Please contact us at oandacollection@gmail.com and I will be happy to help you in any way I can. Unfortunately, in this case it isn’t the responsibility of Ollie and Annie Collection if you package goes missing or gets stolen. If after a fair amount of time your package can't be located, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
